The first part is about the services you receive from BAS both before the pandemic and how BAS responded during restrictions imposed on us all the and how satisfied you are with them. The second part is about you and your preferences. Please select the appropriate button or option for each question.
At the end is a block for you to enter your additional comments and suggestions. We strongly encourage you to give us your thoughts so that we are best able to meet the needs of all our members.
